Shouldn't we have the annual report by today at the latest?
Would be nice to have an update with some guidance, any upgrade in guidance would be a clue as to how much (if anything) we got in the settlement.
Hopefully they are not stuck in a situation with the auditors refusing to sign off on the going concern without some equity being raised
