Shareholders are better off so far because the price is higher than most of the past year . I sold out years ago for a loss .
Of the 2.4B shares on issue post recap the creditors are going to hold 54% (pre-management incentive plan) of the company and still be owed A$472.5m , should we assume the creditors will be sellers of their shares over time , will there be an escrow period for these shares.
