Jim,it's ironic that the FCA started the investigation one month after Sgh acquired PSD only to be taken over by the serious fraud squad,and if everything was honky dory why are they still there nearly 16 months on.i know Sgh said they did a intensive DD but at the end of the day what information was provided to get the deal over the line wasn't what Sgh were actually buying it was the biggest con job of all time.just look back over the years not one company who's down a deal in th UK hasn't been shafted except this time they choose the wrong company.examples QBE IAG AMP NAb and the list goes on.so like jim said I can't wait to see them get squashed.if everything was above board the SFA would have wrapped up long ago.
