This is a throw away public statement. Expect the substantive points raised by MB during the proceedings to be honed to a much finer degree and be referenced to actual regulatory requirements under company law.
I guess you're wearing your "bull hat" now (you were convinced MB had a very strong case when you were a bear), but regardless - don't try to lead others astray in thinking this case is obviously without merit.
