Can't find an ASX announcement when this investment was made. The disclosure note does not give a date either on when this was investment was undertaken which normally is provided in post balance date event notes. Given it would be approx 10% of total assets of the company as at 30 June, one might think it reasonable to inform shareholders. Corporate Governance Statement on Continuous Disclosure seems to indicate it would be relevant to disclose this.

One might expect (or hope) the regulator to be sending a please explain letter (again) on a few matters that appear to be surfacing.
