Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things but out of personal curiosity, could MIN offer pricing at 97.5% times the formula agreed with GLC and that be considered "no less favourable" from a legal perspective?
I mean from a mathematical standpoint if we get $600 from GLC and pay MIN $15 royalty that is the same as MIN paying us $585. Would this fly?
