I agree Taincrow.."Performance is a measurable of past activity levels and not future projections as no performance has occurred"

It does read without a doubt that it's based on revenues not yet received which is so wrong it's not funny and should be retracted.
I'm all for reward where it's due and cannot for the life of me see why that criteria would be included at this early phase of growth when he's already being well taken care of with shares and salary. The dust has to settle on things (revenue) first and foremost - THEN think about lining pockets with a portion of profits AFTER shareholder's investment has been considered.
