I'm surprised this is under 30cents still. This company is my number 1 speculative holding and I hold it because I see the potential for this to be a $2 billion company in time. In effect, I'm holding this in the hope that I am potentially holding and buying a 25 bagger. I'd like to buy more parcels at these if I can but I expect that this will bounce substantially if they can win some more contracts soon.
