I am doing the same the real reason for my positive attitude to Quantify is the people behind it, they are extremely market aware and the hurdles in the merge documents seem realistic and achievable. You never know they could be well on their way.
Many tech deals that involve inventors and so on, have no ideal of commercialisation. This crew focus on commercialisation. And for them to get the hurdled stock they need to achieve something that is commercial.
My job now is to try to pick up some of the capital raisings and keep my average realistic.
