Ric - I agree mate, all credit to Michael Evans as well - I have been a SH under Michael Evans and long before pre-flow merger when Cath and the new team came onboard.
I think Michael did a great job and Cath is doing a fantastic job in realising the potential that is SNE and Senegal.
