One other scenario is that Tullow are using more than one broker to accumulate ? one or more of the 5% holders could be tullow friendly not just Merryl.

It could be in their interest to see Tullow succeed with HDRand hence make Tullow itself a more attractive take over play for a major. Merryl have 13% of Tullow

Tullow im sure have 10% up their sleeve as a sweetener and will happy to by all the " no Votes " at say $2.25 for the players that have taken a position on market between $2.02 and $2.12.


Could be at at the corporate box at Lords on a nudge and wink to multiple brokers.

Make no mistake this is a very smelly deal and the market is always right.

This is MIM < all over again if there was any real peception of a higher bidder the price would be a lot higher now than $2.05 ?

$2.05 is below the abitrage value of the scrip offer.
