existing shareholders to get preference for stock in the float...
i would expect that the new company would list reasonably closely to scheduled "U" drilling. the shares in the new company are likely to be keenly sought after, therefore there should be interest in sau from herein.
sau themselves have got drilling to commence in WA for nickel within a fortnight, and a copper target in NSW early in the new year. fully diluted market cap at the moment is around $18 mill which imho is nothing considering the amount of upcoming targets these guys are going for! if they strike but one, this could easily do a MOX or CDU! good luck to holders.
