If you do an analysis of the financial information released, you will see that Mel cannot be paid a full time salary, and I can't see that she would have anyway near a full time job with IVX. I suspect that she has been put on a casual basis and she is seeking/has sought additional casual work and been at least partially successful. These people are not into wasting money and part time/ casual arrangements for secretaries are common in micro cap public companies. Nothing more than that.
