don't want to Rabbit on (completely off topic) but if you followed the Turnball announcement when the French got the sub contract, they specifically put up front that the subs would need to be "regionally superior"?? That's code for nuclear propulsion IMHO, otherwise, they can't be superior to anything! Just so happens that the French are going to build the smallest nuclear sub available (the Barracuda 4,750 tones) which would be a good Aus option for snooping around in shallow Asian waters.
IMHO South Aus is going nuclear and a good thing too!!
