Another completely sensible and smart move.
It just makes sense to incorporate a previously outsourced but needed business into the fold, and at relatively minimal expense.
I also like how SKBs announcements are 'to the point' and easy to understand, without having to cut through any BS business speak that is often ambiguous and difficult to make heads/tails of with other coys.
