I think that VIC management is clutching at any straws to keep things afloat. They have no one with any experience of Bolivia to allow them to walk in there and imagine they are going to start producing a flow of tin for export no matter what the price of tin is.

I would hazard a guess that despite the plan they have released recently of what they hope to have in place by certain dates that it is all going to collapse in a cloud of dust as reality bites.

Just like their proposed plan to get into running shoes they will have to pull out and probably by early next year. Either that or they will have to drastically alter their "plan".
