Yes tend to agree.
If you had a major stake in the company like Tolga and you were essentially the face of the company. Why wouldn't you give 6 months notice (or earlier if suitable replacement is found) and manage the transition. Something is not right here.
Also why resign from board so quickly. Maybe to sell shares? Sure he would have to lodge a change of sub notice if movement of 1% or more. But not being a director, means he can sell immediately report later.
