Just remember, there are basically TWO reasons for raising capital - one is for survival and the other for progressing development. The second is GOOD and will lead to a higher SP in the long run. The first may also be good if something develops after the raise, but it is more problematic.
I see this as falling into the second category so I will be supporting it, probably for the maximum.
