Lots of speculation and conspiracy theory at play, this sudden announcement did spook the market big time and should be managed a bit better by the Board.
Should the Tolga stated reason for his departure is true i.e running and managing the mine is not his cup of tea, and he is not comfortable in his role to achieve the best outcome for SYR, then the departure is a positive one like Nev Power running Fortescu not Twiggy Forrest, one is a doer and the other a cigar smoker. All things being equal, the SP should bounce back and rise to the $6.00 (CR price.) if there is no further upheaval in political front. Time will tell
