My issue is different to both yours and that is around the conduct of the chairman and his various means of extracting substantial personal value from YBR at the expense of the shareholder. Two examples are formulae he has applied to another listed company and that makes any company he is involved in as a high risk investment proposition. A good entrepreneur and a good marketeer maybe but a steward of other people's investments just isn't his bag.
