A far greater concern to me is how our company is totally reliant on Ryan Mount. Whist I don’t question his commitment to the Co, the company would be shattered if RM were incapacitated due to injury, medical condition or accidental death.
There would be a rush to the exits; myself included; I have seen this happen before, example SDL.
In my opinion, the Company should insure RM to the tune of $60 million. This type of insurance will cost approx. $100k annually.
A number of months ago, I was fortunate to have lunch with RM and discussed this with him. He did state that he will discuss this with the board.
I am hoping to drum up further support and have this matter taken up by the board.
Perhaps I could ask those who agree to comment or thumbs up for this post. I would like to see if there is further support for such.
