A devils advocate may suggest that AVQ only needs him to raise funding to pay inflated salaries and to pursue a course of action that has ultimately been to this stage a non productive disaster and therefore a circular argument.
Normally after a colossal farce like this someone is for the chop! not getting a large insurance policy taken out on him....
