The has been a rumour in the market for ome months that Brett was a seller of some shares and this appears to have had a dampening effect on the shareprice of recent times. The fact that Brett has off loaded a large percenage of is holding is very bullish for the stock especially that Mac Bank has taken them up. I do not believe Brett is now a seller at current share price. As we know Mac Bank is very aggressive in their investments and I believe that they may look at GRD (GRL) as an equity playoff. It is my opinion that after financial closure is completed for Lancashire (expected in about 2 weeks) this will put a real value on the GRL business. The fact that Bovis (Lend Lease) is a partner on the project puts it's credibility at the top of the tree. If and when GRD list on the London exchange then we will see some very meaningful investment from UK and Eurpoean institutions. I feel that Bovis will see GRD as very undervalued and may make a play for GRD sometime early next year but this is only my opinion.
