First question: Why list in Australia and why now?
Real answer: Because we've tried for many, many months to get an IPO/RTO away in the UK without luck yet the Aussies were the only ones stupid enough to bite.
Wouldn't touch this with a barge pole - the Poms and Canadians didn't pass on this for no reason.
