    'Control of UG and Satipharm to go to Top Strike..MMJ management to be responsible for operations of the resulting TSX-V listed company' this is a bit over my head lol. Maybe it's the 'medication' I'm on. I'm sure it will become clearer at a later date but my question is what does Top Strike get out of this? Is it simply they are investing in UG and satipharm only?
