Hey Kick,
You're comparing banks to a micro-cap? QHL has avenues to grow and thus there's an expectation of price sensitivity when revenues and profits are adjusted. Not too much price movement today but a fair call announcement IMHO.
Now for the next lot of news.....new contract?
