look at STo , WPl, BPT, OSH and compare tomorrow close to last Friday close.

But yes 18c and 19c will be a hurdle - not insumountable and no chart or chartist can tell you anything more then its currently in an uptrend and the down trendline from last year has been broken. we all know how to draw dynamic and S&R lines with a fibo now and then.
