G'day Moosey, the update delivered today states 1.3 Billion shares on issue.
What is relevant IMO is having managements interests aligned with shareholders. That has been missed by miles and miles and what has been offered is damned insulting. IMO. It can be structured in a win/win way. But has clearly not been done that way. And who wrote the rules for this plan? Any vested interests here by management or associates?
But I am but a spec in that 1.3 Billion shares. I know for certain I don't count.
