I can't see how any major would get approval to b uy the lot seeing the Govt have a 50% share.
Imo,it would be of no benefit for the Govt or its people,especially if a Major wanted to sit on it and take it off the market.
Result would be no ongoing income for the Govt or its people.
As for the predicted drought, I can see that as being a problem, ok to have SOP etc but no water, whats the use then.
