If we look at the first six lines, there were 23.8 mil shares wanted by 42 buyers; on the sell side, there 450 sellers selling 5.4 mil shares.
So these shares are condensing by a factor of 47 as an average and that has been happening since the t/o announcement. All the mums and dads are being mopped up. So how many other big boys are now close to the declarable level and who are they?
I think irrespective of what we say or complain about, the outcome looks set to be a NO vote, as most of the YES vote, my guess only, would be from mums and dads.
Question is this, as soon as the result is known, if it is NO, will the s price tank because the market thinks TLW will let it go, or will it go higher thinking that TLW will up the bid? I personally think that TLW will up the bid, as they want Uganda (not HDR) pretty badly.
If the vote is yes, then there is no point in any further discussion.
