To be fair to Willis... before the last ann the stock was being ramped and driven up like crazy possibly partly due to what Roc reported.
Willis called a trading halt when he was concerned with the growing chasm between the fact of the ann and the spiralling anticipation.
The share price then tumbled after the very poor ann.
