I was not aware of that. This is a hidden gem of a stock. Beats me why it lingered so long after the first T/O bid in the mid 60's with little interest a la volumes traded. I picked up more then. The divvy yield on a ff basis was fantastic. Maybe the recent media article has woken up the market to this gem and hence the SP rise. Even at 80c its still a great divvy yield.
