50 cents by Oct 2017 sounds reasonable to me. The market wants to see a definite sign that we're back on track and strengthening. If the HY report shows that, then there should be plenty of buyers between 14 and 50 cents. I personally I don't mind whether it's a gradual recovery to 50 cents or a stampede.
