this appears to be just that. so now is time to buy in my opinion - as i do think this is start of a gold bull cycle.

but as to timing - well my general view is that the USD will likely top out at point they make the next rate hike. so in a perfect world i would buy the day before that decision.

but this week's also a good opportunity because you have both NFPs tonight plus chinese investors on holiday - so support for gold/silver was always likely to be very low this week.

id gone long oil stocks and small caps and much less precious metals over past month - though i did buy BDR today.

so my own approach is to be mainly in oil exposures up until day before next FOMC meeting in Nov - then ill buy more gold/silver exposure if i think they will pull the trigger that day.

Cheers... I still hold SVL, but sold all my goldies. I'll buy more gold if 1255 hold & bounce (bad NFP).
