I won't be able to attend, but it would be good to get Wayne's explanation of why he thinks the share price has drifted down from approximately $1.15 at the time of the 2015 AGM to approximately $0.65 leading into the 2016 AGM.

After just reading the Notice of Annual General Meeting Form, apparently the directors have met the KPIs which entitle them to the issue of incentive shares.

If KPIs have been met, then shouldn't the excellent work of the directors over the last 12 months be reflected in the share price?

Wouldn't the interests of the directors and shareholders be more closely aligned if the primary KPI was to ensure an increase in share price?

Under the current scenario, the directors are well rewarded for poor share price performance and us the shareholders have got pineapples.
