Maybe those that sold the large quantity of gold were panicked over the possible NFP numbers to come through, which turned out to be soft and, I guess, good for gold. Tough caper at the moment are the Goldies. Difficult to get one's head around a potential tiny lift in US interest rates having such a dramatic effect on POG and then a magnified effect on the goldies. I'm in for the long haul. Value investor. Not a trader
