With the caliber of the sales team members, I guess Ede would have to offer a slightly better fixed salary component and the 28m options to be vested over a period of 3 years at seemingly generous terms was the bait. (I'm not saying thee 28m options are all for sales but sales would likely get a major portion given the nature of their role in the forefront of revenue generation.) The sales guys would certainly have absolute confidence in the product they will be able to sell and get their big fat options. As I said before, each of them could be millionaires in 3 years if Ede takes off and their options are worth $2-$3 in 3 years. Thoughts? Regards
