I am actually trying to think what could be the most possible thing that needs shareholders approval relating to the loan.
I am thinking lowering the exercise price if the creditor decide to convert the loan to shares say from the curent 0.57 to 0.10.
Loan extension - not really sure if this needs shareholder approval.
Capital raising to pay off a certain percentage of loan.
Can anyone think of anything else
