I am a Heron long term shareholder who has been waiting to receive the prospectus for Epsilon
Even made a point of ringing Herron (Tracey ) and advising her that nothing has arrived.
Given that copy of the shareholders letter accomp.prospectus was given to ASX on on Friday 23/11/06 I expected to receive it by Tuesday following
The PROSP did not go out to Herron Shareholders on 17/11/06 as indicated but they went out on Friday 23/11/06 and was not received by us (rural NSW) until Thursday 30/11/06-
If you have had a similar problem and missed out due to oversubscription , ring Matt Gauci @Epsolom on his mobile 0417 417 907 and let him know. He was very sympathetic but said there was nothing we could do...he suggested I contact Herron.
If enough shareholders ring him & complain, maybe just maybe they will have to listen to us
