Agree with what you allude to re options incentives VMP. I have this slight reservation re the expected upside and sales. It is based on nothing really except the fact that we can all of us who have been LTH see, breathe and know this is a killer investment. What then is the niggle? Is it that we may be actually underestimating the upside with EDE as it sure is unimaginable for it to languish and drop as the months go on? Maybe we expect the unexpected. The unexpected might be a buy out for $6.75 a share before the next 12 or 18 months are up? It is not out of the question...if they have started on the new facility before 2nd quarter next year then the sales will have carried the day. In come the big guys to snap up the spoils. Anyway I can't help thinking we are being too complacent...if it can't be the downside it is the upside IMH and hopeful opinion. I did miss the next top up I had intended to execute next few days...but as you say sill a bargain. Maybe the smart strategy is to plan get set as though a buy out was on the cards next 12 to 18 months. Maximize the shortened time frame into maximum returns. Load on up I say...But of course stay within your safety investment limits...just swipe the kids lunch money and cancel the family holiday and perhaps drop any bets on the spring carnival and Melb Cup. The neddie I had backed in the cup and said I was speaking too soon has been scratched. This of course shows something about what I would know.
Not much but enjoy the weekend and stay frosty. Think about a big buyout...not a cheap assed one! Sooner than we think.
