big a, you've got bigger ba*ls than me shorting the dow before it opens and going to sleep for the night.... the markets are unsettled tonight, playing it safe, hanging around til the ism at 2am our time. Some have headed to a level below resistance, and others are hanging just above support (the weaker, more bearish position imho). USD has obviously made a surge earlier, dunno if it went on with it, but there are massive politics and finances at play tonight, some arm twisting going on... I suspect the most powerful will win and the usd will appreciate some time soon.

I suspect this is a china/russia play at its roots but they have been unable to recruit india and japan to their side so they have some formidable opposition, in terms of stores of US dollars and interest in preservation of its exchange value. There's also europe of course, whatever that means, who have been reportedly pouring a huge stream of funds into us equities.

Thats been the bullishness at the daily close imo, and now they are being asked to hold the fort while us funds take profits. The us is making huge demands of the world financially... some sort of imperial influence... but who the hell else is there to defend us all if it descends into economic chaos. Its only money after all. We've seen the risks. I just wish it wasn't George Bush fronting them. Ug!
