    Don't blame management but I can't help feeling for all the folks that supported the company. Do your home work and if you have to take a step back don't be afraid, there will always be tomorrow for you.
    Retreat is not defeat but a tactical manouver for a second time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
