It's coming to a head by the end of the month. One way or another those mines under review will get suspended or not. My view is that there are three possibilities:
1 Duterte is using the environment as an excuse to resume the resource to state control.
2 They really r concerned about environment.
3 They r trying to jack up nickel prices for themselves.

As a WSA holder, I'm hoping for option 1.
