I really hope they dont do a placement to sophisticated investors. It will depress the shares for up to a year while they all slowly unload for their 20 or 30 % gains. Meanwhile patient and loyal shareholders get $crewed. They should do a full rights issue and shouldnt have any problem getting it underwritten, but if that fell short then they could always do a placement as a last resort.
