Good advise, treat people how you expect to be treated. if I was a manager who lost my boss 90% of his money I would expect to be sacked not asking the boss for a raise. Not sure if you or Doc actually managed a business with staff to pay, I did and would not hesitate to sack anyone who seriously stuffed up. Losing $2 billion dollars without any explanation is unacceptable.

BTW I would guess the ratio of those who don't think management has done well would be several hundred to every one person who thinks they have done well. They just don't bother with HC.
