I have no doubt some equity will cover the cost of the mine，140mil doesn`t seem huge，but I am still struggle to understand the financial structure of the railway.Who will pay for that?
Also when do people think they will mine,they pitch 2022-2023,half way through the railway construction，they also stated their ECJV partner will be the protential user for the first to use the railway within 3 years of construction starting.That give a hint the railway may start construction around 2019-2020，while financial hurdle maybe cleared before that.
