Funny that you mentioned this. I looked up McColl's tenure for his previous business development role at Starpharma and his tenure at Viralytics. If you check the share price for both Starpharma and Viralytics for the respective periods - they seem to have grown under McColl's watch.

I know this is only correlation and doesn't mean that he's responsible for positive share price movements but hey, at least it's grown somewhat over the time he's been in both roles. I don't think you're being harsh. We all want results and it's hard to know what McColl et al. is up to given the length of time we've had to wait.
