No way in the world I'd ever be involved in a company where 1 person has > 50% , don't like current management etc either but have you not wondered why the entire offer is conditional on acceptance of 50.1% ..... hypothetical scenario, he gets 50.1% ..... 'lets have a shareholders meeting, I believe myself as Director should be paid $50 mil per annum ..... and oh look at that, 50.1% of shareholders just voted yes' ...... no thanks ..... Either he takes all mine or say 30% before he has any chance of me agreeing.
