Doubt it's a bot, that would be terrible for SEO. If it was a bot it will make sense to park the bots on the site to create a lower bounce rate and to download the app. Would doubt that duration time is valid stats. However the site has minimal content thus people will bounce quickly and it's not a social site. High bounce is not bad if traffic is converting.
