    Billing is such a low life he could be a USA presidential candidate...

    How is it that Billing can keep this con going? how come some authority is not investigating and imprisoning Billing?
    There has to be something wrong with a system that allows this obvious fraud to continue...3b, 5b, 3b, 3b, 5b...disgusting.
